Terrie Benson Murray recently acted as moderator and a presenter at a full day seminar entitled “Accounting for Estates and Trusts in New York”. She spoke to other legal and accounting professionals on the topic of “Accounting for Estates”.
Terrie also recently participated in the Muscular Dystrophy Association Executive Lock-Up. She raised $1,386.00. Thank you, Terrie, for supporting such a good cause.
Stuart Shapiro recently spoke at the Erie County Bar Association seminar entitled “Business Beyond Borders, Counseling U.S. and Canadian Clients on Intellectual Property and Business Considerations”. His topic was “Jurisdictional Consideration in the Internet Age”.
Stuart also recently wrote an article on Sports Related Injuries which appeared in the American Fencing Magazine. The magazine is published internationally by USFA.
Join us in congratulating legal assistant Ginger Stoddard and her husband Ed, who welcomed the birth of their daughter Olivia Marlies Stoddard on August 2, 2007. Olivia weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces at birth. Mother and daughter are both doing well.
Daniel Sperrazza was recently elected as a director to the Board of the Western New York Collaborative Law Professionals Organization. This is a group formed two years ago to handle collaborative law cases in the Western New York area. It is made up of attorneys and associate professionals who have been trained and certified in the collaborative process.
